Biography: Baohua Jia is recognised globally as a photonics technology leader and innovator, a passionate advocate for translating technologies to enable a more sustainable life. Baohua Jia joined RMIT in 2022 as a full professor and Australian Research Council Future Fellow (Level 3) in School of Science. She is the inaugural Director of Australian Centre for Atomaterials and Nanomanufacturing (ACAN). Before joining RMIT Baohua Jia was a full Professor, Founding Director of Centre for Translational Atomaterials and Research Leader at Swinburne University of Technology.Professor Jia is an elected Fellow of Optica (previously known as Optical Society of America (OSA)) and an elected Fellow of Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining (IoM3). Prof. Jia's research focuses on the fundamental light and nanomaterial interaction.

Biography: Qiong-Hua Wang is a professor of optics at the School of Instrumentation and Optoelectronic Engineering, Beihang University. SShe published more than 350 papers cited by SCI and authored 3 books. She holds 7 U. S. patents and more than 160 Chinese patents. She is a Fellow of SID, OPTICA, COS and CSOE. She is/was associate/subject editors of PhotoniX, Journal of the Society for Information Display, Optics Express, etc. She is a recipient of National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, a leading talent in scientific and technological innovation and a Changjiang Scholar Distinguished Professor of the Ministry of Education. Her research interests include 3D display technology, liquid crystal technology, liquid photonic device and imaging technology.

Biography: Yasutake Ohishi, Professor of Toyota Technological Institute, Japan, he is a Fellow of OSA. His research interests include Electron device and electronic equipment, Inorganic materials and properties, Optical engineering and photon science.

Biography: Zhaohui Li, Professor of School of Electronics and Information Technology, Sun Yat-sen University, China. His research interests are optical communication systems, optical signal processing technology, and ultra-fine measurement systems.

Biography: Baosen Shi is a professor and doctoral supervisor of the University of Science and Technology of China. He is mainly engaged in theoretical and experimental research on quantum information, nonlinear optics, integrated optics and quantum optics.
