Abstract Submission (Submission Deadline: July 15, 2025)

1. Please prepare a 250-word abstract of your presentation in English. Click to download Abstract Template.
2. Please register and log in Online Submission System to submit your abstract, then choose your attendance type (invited/oral/poster) and format (onsite/online). In case of a failure in use of the system, please contact the organizing committee at info@ocoip.com.
3. Once approved by the conference committee, the delegates will be notified by email and receive the Invitation Letter.
4. Abstract submissions may be presented at the conference, but will not be published in the OCOIP2025 conference proceedings.

Full Paper Submission (Submission Deadline: May 20, 2025)

1. Please prepare an original manuscript in English, Click to download Paper Template Word/ LaTex.
2. Please register and log in Online Submission System to submit your abstract, then choose your attendance type (invited/oral/poster) and format (onsite/online). In case of a failure in use of the system, please contact the organizing committee at info@ocoip.com.
3. Once passed the initial check, the manuscript will be assigned to reviewers for double-blind peer review. Paper submission will be notified of acceptance or rejection by email in about 1 month.
4. For each accepted paper, at least one author must attend the conference and present the paper.
5. Peer-reviewed accepted and registered papers will be published in OCOIP2025 conference proceedings.

Audience Attendance
Please register and log in Online Submission System to submit your attendance and complete the registration according to the steps showed in system.

Presentation Requirements

1. Speech：
   
   • 30 min for plenary speech, 20 min for invited speech, 10 min for oral presentation, including questions or discussion.
   • For speakers, please arrive the session room 15 min before your talk to upload and check your slides.
2. Poster：
   
   • Presenters should carry the Home-made poster to the conference site and hand it to the conference staff at the registration desk.
   • Presenters must remain in the vicinity of their poster through the session to answer questions.
   • Recommended poster size: 60cm (wide)*160cm (high).
