OCOIP Session on Over-the-Horizon Communication (OCOIP-OTHC'23) is going to be held during November 13-15, 2023 in Sanya, China.
OCOIP-OTHC'23 workshop is held under The International Conference on Optical Communication and Optical Information Processing (OCOIP 2023) offers good opportunities for the delegates to disseminate their research and exchange new ideas by bringing together leading academic scientists, researchers and research scholars, and in order to establish research and/or business links, as well as to build global partnership for potential collaboration.
Humans have long dreamed of achieving communication at a distance, and new discoveries from the last century have brought us back a glimmer of hope: the states between entangled objects are determined by the determination of each other. Quantum erasure experiments demonstrate that the properties of signal photons change with the properties of idler photons. The Micius communication satellite realizes the distribution of quantum key. The Bohr principle of complementarity states that different aspects of the properties of microscopic matter are related, the sum of the squares of particles and waves does not exceed 1. Recent studies have shown that a new mode of communication can be realized using the two-slit test based on Bohr's complementarity principle, in which no information carrier is transmitted from the source to the destination.
On this basis, OCOIP-OTHC'23 will discuss the realization of information transmission under the ultra-long distance, and focuses on high quality presentations and papers that address contemporary issues on fundamental research leading to new methods, or adaptation of existing methods for new applications related to the topics of Optical Communication and Optical Information Processing. Welcome scholars and researchers to participate in the submission.
Topics include but not limited to the following:
Quantum Teleportation
quantum eraser
quantum key distribution
Bohr's principle of complementarity
